Our aim is top-quality
products. Ours is an all-round approach
including purchase and selection of coffees. Our
coffees must come exclusively from the
best harvests of Brazil and Central America
(Costa Rica, Guatemala, Salvador and Nicaragua).
We also demand the best from our roasters (each
quality of coffee is roasted separately and then
blended).
This makes for uniformity of results for
each coffee quality used. This is not
possible when green coffee-beans are roasted after
blending. The beans have different places of origin,
are harvested at different times, are matured
differently, and are endowed with differing molecular
structures (they therefore each require their
own temperature).
A further quality factor is our in-depth knowledge
of the tastes of each region.
This enables us to provide precisely the
coffees consumers prefer. Hence, not
only do we enjoy the advantages of an efficient
nation-wide organisation; we also provide
product quality and freshness. Although we go
for top-quality and absolute freshness for all
our products, we are also able to vary coffees
according to local tastes.
